OUR STORY.

Founded by Egyptian Canadian Mental Health Ambassador, Ally Salama, EMPWRNG MNDS is Canada’s Online COVID-19 Youth Relief Online Mental Health Conference, with the purpose of navigating solutions around common Mental Health challenges arising today.

We recognize that recently, with self-isolation and safely quarantining, it hasn’t been easy for many of us, especially within youth living in minority communities.

EMPWRNG MNDs was born to help address the government of Canada with solutions to current Mental Health challenges amongst minority youth to connect,
